CMA Appraisals is led by David Thomason, a highly respected and certified residential appraiser who has been delivering accurate, ethical, and lender-approved appraisals since 2018. With a strong background in valuation standards and a passion for education, David is known throughout the Central Texas real estate community for his professionalism and leadership. He has taught continuing education courses, contributed to mortgage seminars, and remains committed to raising the standards of property valuation in the region.

In 2024, the CMA team expanded to meet growing demand across Central Texas. Tom Harm, also a certified residential appraiser, joined the firm, bringing fresh insight and appraisal expertise to both residential and specialized valuation work. The team also welcomed two appraiser trainees, Tom Ray and Andrew Summers, who are actively training under David’s supervision—gaining real-world experience and upholding CMA’s reputation for quality and compliance.

The team is supported by Angela Renfro, our meticulous and reliable office manager, who ensures that scheduling, client communication, and administrative workflows are handled smoothly and professionally. Together, this team of home appraisal experts is dedicated to delivering prompt, accurate, and defensible valuation services throughout Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, and the surrounding Central Texas area.
