Our team includes three Certified Residential Appraisers, bringing extensive experience in the Central Texas real estate market. This depth of experience allows us to handle a broad range of assignments—from traditional residential properties to rural acreage, luxury homes, unique properties, and complex valuation situations. Our appraisers work collaboratively when appropriate, providing additional perspective and market knowledge while maintaining the independence and professional responsibility required for each assignment.
Supporting our appraisal team is a full-time office staff member who helps coordinate scheduling, client communication, appraisal orders, documentation, and the day-to-day details that keep assignments moving efficiently.
